Find the bottleneck
We start with the friction: the repetitive admin, the spreadsheet-heavy process, the tools that do not talk to each other.
About Meridian
Meridian Studio is a UK software & AI studio based in the Midlands, run by founder Harry Brooks. We work with businesses across the UK to design and build useful digital systems: AI automations, internal tools, integrations and websites.
What Meridian is
The focus is not on adding technology for the sake of it. The focus is on finding the bottleneck, building the simplest reliable fix and making sure the system is actually usable.
We start with the friction: the repetitive admin, the spreadsheet-heavy process, the tools that do not talk to each other.
That might mean an automation, an internal tool, a connected data flow or a website rebuilt around a clearer customer journey.
A system only counts if the team relies on it. We design for the people doing the work, not for the demo.
Why lean is better
01 — Close to the problem
A smaller studio stays close to the problem. The person you talk to is the person who designs and builds the system — clear updates and practical questions, explained without jargon.
02 — A sensible first release
Start with the bottleneck that matters instead of turning every idea into phase one. The first release solves it properly, leaves room to grow and creates no unnecessary complexity.
03 — Security-conscious build
Security is part of the product, not an afterthought — GDPR-conscious data handling, role-based access and sensible defaults built in as standard.
04 — Clear handover
We leave the team with a reliable system, the right context and a clear route for support. No retainer. No ongoing licence.
The studio
Meridian Studio is founded and run by Harry Brooks — direct communication with the person doing the work, not an account manager.
Small businesses, service companies and growing teams that have outgrown the workaround — across construction, recruitment, private healthcare and beyond.
Lean, practical, secure and outcome-focused — a focused build at a fixed price, agreed before work starts.
